Learn the basics of a woman's cycle, the hormones involved, and how to support your body naturally through this group class offered every other month.
In this group class we spend a total of 5 weeks entering into different topics and within each week we will discuss ideas on things you can do to start making changes in your life now!
Session 1: intro Session - Hormones/oils overview Session 2: Fertility cycle overview, period genius, inflammation Session 3: Estrogen genius, ovulation Session 4: Progesterone genius, adrenals Session 5: Gut, liver, & toxins

Hormone Coaching Sessions
Supporting clients through education and personalized support plans
Together we will formulate a hormone support plan that is tailored to your needs. Through 1:1 hormone coaching sessions I will walk with you, listen to your needs, and educate you about the intricacies of your body and hormones.
Together we will address your symptoms naturally and work to get to the root cause of your hormone struggles. I will provide a root cause analysis through a series of questions and from there will support you in your health journey.
Included in the coaching is a digital workbook, recipe book and tailored-to-you essential oil recipe suggestions
Personalized Birth Doula Care
Gently guiding clients through pregnancy, birth and postpartum
Guiding you through pregnancy with compassion and expertise. Through your pregnancy we will work through what you desire your birth experience to be, how to treat pregnancy discomforts naturally, and discuss a birth plan that allows you to feel empowered and cared for throughout your pregnancy and birth.

2 prenatal visits
Support throughout your labor and delivery
Immediate postpartum care right after delivery
1 Follow-up postpartum visit
