I didn't know either! Women's health is something that is often talked about but not offered proper education on. We are frequently given band-aid solutions for our pain points and never given the tools to get to the root cause.

Women deserve better. We deserve to know how our body works and how to navigate any issues that come up. We need real support through these issues so that we can feel healthy and whole as God designed us to be!

About Mary

Hi! My name is Mary Jimenez, I am a certified hormone coach and I am a birth doula, working toward certification with DONA International.

I am married to my best friend and love of my life, a mom of 4 sweet kiddos, an avid reader, soccer player, dancer and sometimes I dabble in crafts. I am so passionate about women's experiences when it comes to major health and life events such as our cycle and childbearing. I aim to educate women in every stage of life about their God-given cycle which is beautiful and not a burden, to support women through the struggles that come with being a woman, to encourage women to be empowered by the knowledge about their bodies and to have courage to stand up for themselves when doctors or others doubt them, and to love women the way God loves them.

I pursued this work for several reasons beginning when I was a young girl. I didn't understand what my period was or that our cycle was more than just the period, as a teenager and young adult I started to learn more but still didn't fully understand. Now, after having 4 beautiful children I am realizing that I am not alone in this experience. Women are often disregarded or dismissed when seeking information or support with an issue they have. My goal is to change this; to educate, to support, to encourage and to love all women. To help women feel empowered to take your health seriously and to get to the root of your health concerns. I want to support you in being "wholly you".
